The Architectural and Grounds Committee

The Architectural and Grounds Committee (ARC) is pleased
to announce the formation of what we call Area Captains.
The captains are members of your ARC who have volunteered to take an
assigned area of your community to help you, the homeowner, in the following
ways:
- Distribute
ARC request form and explain the application process if necessary.
- If you are not able, your Captain will deliver your
completed forms, to the monthly ARC meeting for consideration by the
committee.
- Will follow up with you, once your request is approved
by the Board of Directors, and subsequently ensure the work has been
completed as per your ARC request form.
- Will be your liaison to the grounds maintenance
company.
- Will help insure your area is free of trash.
- Follow-up on letters sent to you requiring maintenance
to your home.
The ARC and its members hope this new plan will prove
helpful to you.
Keep the name and phone number of your Area Captain handy. They are waiting
to help you. I too, will be available at anytime.
